Upcomming Shows: Augen Gallery Solo Exhibition The Augen Gallery will be presenting a solo exhibition of Tallmadge Doyle's new work entitled  "Celestial Menagerie".  The exhibit will open on the 4th of June and run through the 28th.  A preview reception will be held on Wednesday June 4th,  5:30 - 7:30pm and a first Thursday opening will be on June 5th, 5:30 - 8:30pm.  The exhibit will be held at the original Augen Gallery location at 817 S.W. 2nd in downtown Portland. International Print Center New York Tallmadge will be exhibiting work this summer at the International Print Center in New York as part of the "The Artist's Commentary: New Prints Summer 2008". The exhibit was juried by artist Jane Hammond and will be opening in late June.  IPCNY is a non-profit organization dedicated to the exhibition and understanding of fine art printmaking. Sitka Center for Art and Ecology Located in beautiful Cascade Head Oregon, Sitka center is a relaxing and inspirational environment in which to create.  Tallmadge Doyle will be teaching a 3-day workshop entitled "Etching for all".  This workshop is designed for all skill levels and will take place July 12th, 13th, and 14th.  Please check out the Sitka website for complete information  at: wwwsitkacenter.org. Amman, Jordan Print Exhibition Tallmadge Doyle's works were included in an international print exhibition organized by Print Arts Northwest, based in Portland Oregon, at the University of  Amman in Jordan.  The prints from this exhibition have become part of the permanent archives of the University of Amman's Applied Sciences Collection. Hanson Howard Gallery, Ashland, Oregon Located in the historical district of downtown Ashland, Hansen Howard Gallery will be featuring new etchings by Tallmadge Doyle in June and continuing through the summer months.
